We have been
receiving a lot of e-mails from people claiming that our codes do not work.
Well, almost all of the reports we receive are false, as they do work.
I test the ones that are reported as broken, and they usually work 100% fine.
If you have dial-up internet (as in your
computer dials a number on your phone line when connecting) please give
the code time to load. Dialup is a very slow
speed, and we recommend that because of the larger size of videos, that dial-up
users ONLY use MUSIC codes, NOT video. Video codes, on a dialup connection,
usually take a long time to load, therefore causing the code to appear broken;
when indeed, it is not. So please, if you have dialup, please give the code time
to work, and if you are using a video code, you may want to switch to a music
code. Remember, if you have dialup, please give the code time to load before
reporting it as broken. Thank you.
If more then one music code is broken, just put a comma after
the artist's name and song and type the second one. Example:

Dialup Users:
Please allow the code to load for a minute or two before thinking
it is broken. Due to dialup's speed being a bit slow, it just may be that it
needs more time to load!
